Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the application, maintenance, and management of the company's intellectual property (IP); develop and implement IP strategies to support technological innovation and business expansion. 2. Maintain effective communication with domestic and international IP attorneys and agencies, and handle related legal matters. 3. Monitor and analyze industry IP trends, providing professional analysis reports and response strategies. 4. Participate in the resolution of IP disputes and assist the legal department in rights protection actions. 5. Promote IP awareness and enhance understanding within the company. 6. Manage the IP team, assign tasks, and supervise execution to ensure efficient team performance. 7. Establish and optimize the IP management system, improving related policies, processes, and tools. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in law or a related field; at least 6 years of relevant IP work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in international IP management. 2. Familiarity with domestic and international IP laws, regulations, and application procedures; possess an international perspective and forward-thinking mindset. 3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use English as a working language for communication and negotiations. 4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented spirit and the ability to play an active role in cross-departmental collaboration. 5. Preference will be given to candidates holding qualifications such as patent attorney, lawyer certification, or related professional certificates. 6. Candidates with team management experience and experience in establishing or optimizing IP systems are preferred.
